Duties

  • Provide good quality support service to users in all IT aspects, including VIP support
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Responsible for desktop, tablet computer support to end users
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software application, IP phone, printer, VC and AV equipment
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s desktop and laptop systems, including hardware and software upgrades, patches, and security updates
  • AD, O365 and application user account setup and management
  • Troubleshoot computer, system and network problems; diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support in sizeable companies
  • Sound experience in supporting MS Windows and mobile devices (iOS & Android)
  • Experience in MS O365 and Windows Server, AD and Network support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-Initiative, able to work independently
