Duties
- To be responsible for the project management and coordinate with various parties such as contractors, operation and support teams to implement ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27701:2019, and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 for the system
- To liaise and work with the contractors, operation and support teams to provide audit support
- To plan, design, coordinate, and review the adoption of processes and controls in consultation with the contractors, the operation and support teams to ensure the daily operations are in compliance with the relevant ISO/IEC standards
- To resolve potential conflicts among the participating parties providing resolutions
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in each of the following aspects:
- Project management
- IT Service Management System (ITSMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS) or Privacy Information Management System (PIMS);
- Cyber security, risk management or privacy compliance
- IT operation
- Has Certifications in information security is an advantage
- Experience in supervising a team of two members or above
- Good command in spoken Cantonese, written Chinese, as well as spoken and written English
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
