Manage team to provide development support to the Revamp of Enterprise Resource Planning System and/or maintenance support to other finance systems including but not limited to the following tasks:

• Lead team to provide development support for the Revamp of ERP System and/or maintenance support to other existing finance systems
  
• Provide project management services such as monitoring application stability and performance, participating in regular support meeting, manage application deliverables etc.
  
• Provide guidance to team members and promote collaboration with other teams
  
• Follow the corresponding IT guidelines of Housing Authority in the process of system development/maintenance
  
• Co-ordinate with relevant parties concerned, including end users, service providers, technical teams and computer operators, etc. for the system maintenance support activities
  
• Ensure the project team/service providers to compile the documentation in accordance with HA standards
  
• Plan, schedule, monitor, review and budget estimates for enhancement requests and prepare funding papers
  
• Monitor the service providers' progress and performance
  
• Prepare and submit regular / ad-hoc process / highlight reports to relevant parties, e.g. supervisor, senior management, system owner / delegate, etc.

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Project Manager
  
• Proven project management experience in full application development cycle
  
• Certification or proven experience with the standard project management methodology such as Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 will be an advantage
  
• Knowledge in JAVA and web development
  
• Knowledge in SAP software is preferable
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 5 years x Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) and J2EE Development
  • 2 years x Work experience with/in the Government and Project Management
