The proposed staff shall take a leading role for the system operation, support and maintenance of Integrated Custodial and Rehabilitation Management System (iCRMS) and IT Infrastructure in New Territories or other locations as required

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Perform quality control on the deliverables during the system maintenance stage
  
• Performing quality assurance, including but not limited to the performance monitoring, integrity and security on the different components of the system infrastructure, including the hardware and software
  
• Carry out testing, site deployment and maintenance activities at the correctional facilities / institutions of the CSD as follows:
  
  • Attend progress meetings with users
    
  • Conduct on-site installation and maintenance of hardware and software equipment
    
  • Follow up the resolution of system issues
    
  • Conduct deployment of system bug-fix or program release with liaison with the maintenance contractor and end users
    
  • Monitor the system performance, quality assurance and other adhoc or on-going system maintenance activities
    
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
  
• The proposed staff must have working experience in:
  
  • IT project management and vendor management
    
  • Working experience in Government
    
  • IT System management and administration
    
• Good communication skills, customer service skills, coordination skills and liaison skills
  
• Good command of Chinese and English
  
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast learning and good team player
  
• Working at remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required
  
• Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
  
  • 3 years x IT Application Development and Management and Oracle RDBMS
    
  • 2 years x Server Virtualisation Technology
    
  • 1 year x IT Procurement
