Duties
- Enhancement Projects on IT System & Facilities
- Assist the enhancement of existing IT system(s)
- Lead the enhancement or re-development of an IT system to ensure it meets government security standards and supports data exchange with other government systems.
- Assist site preparation, office relocation and related setup of IT faculties
- Provide general PC support and IT helpdesk services
- Any duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 6 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
- Strong application development experience in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, web programming
- Hands-on development experience on secured application programming interface (API) development among IT systems
- Strong experience in IT facility maintenance and management (including personal computers and network devices) and site preparation for remote office(s)
- Clear understanding of Government Standards and Guidelines such as Baseline IT Security Policy (S17), IT Security Guidelines (G3) and Security Regulations (SR)
- Experience and knowledge in support of web-based system(s) on cloud infrastructure of the Government, such as Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services - Diversified Cloud Infrastructure (DCI) is an advantage
- Experience in development and maintenance of website of the Government is an advantage
- At least 1-year working experience with the Government
- Good oral and written English & Chinese

- 1 year x Y EJB Enterprise Java Beans Development, Security Risk Assessment and Audit, Security Risk Assessment, Technical Architectural Support, Work experience with/in the Government, Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services
