Duties

IT System Development and Implementation
To provide technical and administrative support to tusers on the project management, system development and implementation of an AI enabled hotline system for success rollout.
To monitor contractor in ensuring their work and deliverables complying with Government standards and user requirements.
To provide technical coordination and support including but not limited to configuration, application submission, on-site inspection, troubleshooting and testing for government related, internal and other external services including but not limited to Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS), Diversified Cloud Infrastructure (DCI) , Dedicated Supercomputing Facility (DSF)
To provide technical advice to users and support teams on the procurement of the SOA-QPS5 services, PABX system and other IT related hardware, software and services related to the system
To liaise with the internal teams, vendors and other Bureaux/Departments (B/Ds) on project issues/matter
To carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
The candidate shall possess:
- solid system implementation experience in GCIS or DCI environment
- at least 2 implementation project experience that need interfacing with other system
- solid experience in ensuring the contractor work quality and progress for outsourced system development and implementation projects in government
- experience in testing planning/review including SIT, UAT, load/stress test, regression test and nursing support
- experience in system implementation involving LLMs (Large Language Models) and ASRs (Automatic Speech Recognition models) is desirable
- experience in test design and evaluation criteria in AI project is desirable
- experience in implement hotline system is desirable
- experience in agile software development framework is desirable
- good spoken and written communication skills
- The candidate shall work independently.
- Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English.
- Written test may be required during the interview.
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 3 years x IT Application Development and Management, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services, Vendor Management
- 2 years x Technical Architectural Support
