Goal of the Project:

• Support the Corporation-wide implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) to centralize and digitalize contract lifecycle.
• Strengthen risk mitigation, compliance, and governance through standardized templates, clause libraries, workflows, and analytics.
• Enhance efficiency and transparency by replacing manual processes with an enterprise-grade platform integrated with key systems.

Responsibilities

• Support design, requirements definition, and validation for CLMS functionalities.
• Facilitate business process mapping and gap analysis.
• Coordinate integration activities with existing systems, SSO, and e-Signature.
• Assist in creating and standardizing templates, clause libraries, and approval workflow rules.
• Support project tracking, vendor management, and phased rollout documentation.
• Prepare project related materials such as meeting/ post meeting materials, business requirement documentation/ technical specifications.
• Conduct system testing and validate system functions with use case preparation.
• Support data preparation and migration.
• Develop training materials and user guides for change management.
• Provide post-go-live support and communications.
• Coordinate workshops and requirement consolidation across departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
• PMI-PBA, PMP
• 10+ years in IT project system implementation
• Understanding business processes, desirable to have hands on experience in contract management process
• Proficiency in core languages/ tools (e.g., PowerBI, low coding workflow)
• Analytical, communication, stakeholder management
• Fluency in English & Chinese (Cantonese)
• Detail-oriented, proactive

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • CBAP, AGILE
  • Experience in CLM/CRM/ERP or integration projects
  • Experience in system implementation such as Document Management System, ERP, procurement/commercial/legal ops
  • Knowledge of SQL, .NET, HTML
  • Workshop facilitation, vendor management
  • Fluency in Putonghua
  • Process Re-engineering, Digital transformation project experience
