The candidate is required to assist the Contract Project Manager to:

• Manage an AI project throughout the project life cycle, including but not limited to closely monitoring the work progress and ensuring the smooth and timely implementation of the project based on the agreed project plan, ensuring the quality outputs of the project deliverables provided by the contractor(s), deploying the AI training programme, etc.
  
• Provide technical advice and support to assist Government bureaux/ departments (B/Ds) in the adoption of Innovation and Technology (I&T) in various subject areas, including but not limited to AI, big data, robotic technologies, digital government, smart cities, etc.
  
• Coordinate with various parties, including Government B/Ds, public organisations and solution vendors, arrange thematic workshops and seminars for the matching of business needs and I&T solutions
  
• Conduct evaluation of I&T solutions/ AI products, produce reports/ summaries/ project documents
• Maintain a thematic website and implement ad hoc enhancements to support Smart Lab activities
• Prepare presentations and meeting materials related to the projects assigned
  
• Provide support to large-scale events e.g. IT or AI programme exhibitions and promotional activities
  
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
  
• Solid experience and good track records in managing large-scale projects, particularly the projects of Government departments or public organisations, and monitoring performance of contractors, website and web course development, management of outsourced projects
  
• Solid experience in business analysis, solution evaluation, research and writing technical specifications, compilation of reports/ summaries/ project documents, etc.
  
• Solid experience in liaison with various parties within or outside the Government
  
• Professional knowledge of emerging and innovative technology, including but not limited to AI and big data
  
• Experience in organising IT seminar / workshop and providing logistic support for the events is highly preferred
  
• Experience in large-scale exhibitions and promotional activities is highly preferred
  
• Good problem-solving skills
  
• Good communication and liaison skills
  
• Good writing skills in both English & Chinese and speak fluent Cantonese and English
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
