Duties

To maintain and monitor iKnow system and applications; carry out system analysis and design on ad hoc enhancement proposals; support operation of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft SQL Servers; manage database administration and software & hardware maintenance; perform patches, system housekeeping health check, disaster recovery drills, etc.; handle incidents and resolve problems; address user enquiries and conduct user training; and update system documentations
To assist seniors to support Quality Professional Services (QPS) contract administration, and to assist in the preparation of procurement of software and hardware maintenance; system maintenance and operation management; to perform change request management etc. for Electronic Administrative Computer Projects Committee System (e-ACPC)
To provide technical support to the quality assurance of system maintenance and to perform quality assurance test (QAT) of system changes of e-ACPC
To assist seniors to review impact analysis, program code and monitor the implementation progress of change requests for e-ACPC
To assist in the data/ content migration, perform system test, hardware and software testing/upgrade, user acceptance test and web content update for the SIEF IS, WCMS and website as well as to provide technical advice for users and conduct trouble shooting
To assist in monitoring the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Information System (SIEF IS), Web Content Management System (WCMS) and website and the maintenance of the system
To assist in maintain patch management and security management practices for SIEF IS, WCMS and website
To provide technical support for "AI Efficacy Enhancement Team" (AIEET), BTSR and SGS Portals, and to conduct program testing and troubleshooting for the Portals
To backup the data in the Portals and perform recovery when necessary
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
Solid knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft SQL Server
Solid Experience in data management
Experience in providing technical advice and support to different users and clients
Experience in contract administration is an advantage
Knowledge in Government procurement procedures is an advantage
Knowledge in Government procurement management and procedures is an advantage
Good sense of analytical and problem solving skills
A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess good communication in English and Chinese
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 years x Data/File Backup Technology, Data Management, Infrastructure, Microsoft Officer SharePoint Server Administration and System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
- 2 years x Moderate Exposure in Written English
- 1 year x J2EE Development, MySQL, Coordination and Work experience with/in the Government
