Duties

To manage and implement and provide support for IT Projects including (i) Web and Mobile applications, (ii) Real-time Arrival Information System for Green Minibus, and (iii) Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution
To provide on-going operational and maintenance support for existing TD systems including (i) Mobile Field Operation System (MFOS) 1.0 & 2.0, (ii) Remote Access System, and (iii) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) System
To assist in procurement preparation and prepare technical requirements for IT hardware, software and services, and telecommunication services
To manage and coordinate with the contractors and related parties in supporting new projects and existing systems
To carry out data verification, accuracy checking and system utilization monitoring for IT systems
To perform any other IT-related duties as assigned by SE/SM2 or delegates from time to time

Requirements

Degree holder in computer science / information technology or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 2 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
Proven experience in the development, implementation and support of web and mobile applications or projects in both the government and private sectors
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in application system development and maintenance such as Window Servers and Linux
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, MSSQL, MySQL, PHP, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript(e.g. React, Vue.js), Node.js, HTML, JSON and Apache
Knowledge and experience in Server & Network Infrastructure support and maintenance of the following: VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, firewall and router
Knowledge of Python, Scikit-learn and Pytouch are advantageous
Knowledge on Machine Learning concepts and algorithms (e.g., predictive modelling, anomaly detection) are advantageous
Strong communication and English writing skill
Able to work independent and lead small team in IT projects
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 5 years x System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
- 4 years x IT Application Development and Management and Web Programming
- 2 years x Experience in C# programming, Data Management, Internet Firewall Technical Support, Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)), JavaScript Programming, JAVA Programming, Linux System Administration, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Network & System Management, PHP programming, Server Virtualisation Technology, Virtual Private Network, Experience in Managing Government Projects and IT Service/ Outsourcing Management
- 1.5 years x Mobile / Wireless Communication
- 1 year x Work experience with/in the Government, Management and Support of Gov't Systems & Services and Vendor Management
