Duties
- Software Testing for System Enhancement
- Assist software testing for system enhancements, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing
- Monitor software vendors / developers by coordinating requirements, monitoring deliverables, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of enhancement projects
- Assist office relocation and related setup of IT facilities for a new office
- Provide general PC support and user support on the system usage
- Ensure all system enhancements and general IT facilities comply with IT security policies and guidelines of the Government
- Any duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 6 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Systems Analyst
- Experience in software testing, system enhancement, and defect tracking
- Experience in coordination and project delivery management
- Experience in IT facility maintenance and management (including personal computers and network devices) is an advantage
- Clear understanding of Government Standards and Guidelines such as Baseline IT Security Policy (S17), IT Security Guidelines (G3) and Security Regulations (SR)
- At least 2-year working experience with the Government
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written English & Chinese
