Duties

To develop fullstack applications, including frontend using frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular for responsive UI/UX design, and backend APIs built on Node.js/Express, FastAPI, ensuring efficient view model management, secure RESTful/GraphQL data flow, and high-performance web and mobile-accessible applications
To integrate AI-powered capabilities into management systems using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and related technologies, enabling intelligent search, contextual question-answering, document summarization, and knowledge-driven features
To carry out system analysis & design, implementation, documentation, report generation, testing and maintenance of various management systems
To enhances system performance of various management systems as a whole, including from software perspective (e.g. API design, version upgrade) and infrastructure perspective (e.g. hardware utilization, resilience), and prepare technical proposals proactively
To ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standard
To monitor the performance of his / her subordinates
To evaluate and inspect/review hardware, software, and prepare technical proposals of IT equipment and services
To perform other IT services or tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Degree or Higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines.
4 years or above hands-on experience in IT application development of which 1 years must be in similar post and in comparable capacity.
Strong experience in building fullstack applications, including:
- Frontend development using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Backend development using Node.js/Express and/or Python (FastAPI or Flask)
Experience in integrating AI-powered features using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and related technologies
Experience in MongoDB, SQL Server, database design and performance tuning
Experience with Redis or other in-memory data platform
Knowledge on modern technologies and best practices, such as modern MVP / MVVM framework and RESTful APIs is a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and tools (Azure, Jira) is a plus
Knowledge in micro-services architecture is a plus
Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work
Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized
Good team player and leader, proactive communication with his / her teammates and subordinates
Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
The job requires the following mandatory skills:
- 4 years x IT Application Development and Management
- 1.5 years x JavaScript Programming, Object-oriented Analysis and Design and System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
