Duties

This is a CSA position responsible for supporting the administration, coordination and management of events and programmes held under the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID), including but not limited to seminars / webinars, technology forums, workshops, exhibitions, expo, etc., which aims at promoting CorpID to public bodies and private organisations. He or She is also responsible for creative visual content creation and multimedia production, including video editing, image creation, and graphic design for social media and event publicity materials. Additionally, He or She is responsible for liaison work with various stakeholders so as to ensure the successful promotion of CorpID.
To promote CorpID to public bodies and private organisations so as to drive the adoption of CorpID for their e-services and their registration of CorpID;
To design, create, edit visual and multimedia content, including promotional videos, social media graphics, infographics, and digital art to enhance event publicity;
To prepare publicity write-ups such as speeches, presentations, press releases, social media posts, etc.;
To support senior Government officials in participating in the events, including the preparation of event briefs, visit, background research, logistics arrangement and other related activities;
To plan and conduct seminars / webinars, technology forums, workshops, exhibitions, expo and other events under the CorpID;
To liaise and work closely with various stakeholders to identify, plan and implement events and programmes;
To compile event statistics and prepare relevant reports and presentation materials;
To perform technical information research and related planning on event related activities;
To implement quality procedures and processes for event activities;
To handle general and technical enquiries related to CorpID; and
To perform other duties as required by supervisor.

Requirements

Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 1 year of working experience as a Systems Analyst
The candidates are required to
- Have at least 4 years of work experience relevant to Information Technology (IT), and preferably related to event and programme support, liaison, coordination and management related to innovation and technology sectors;
- Have proven track records in implementing and coordinating events, as well as content creation, graphic design, and video editing relevant to the events;
- Have a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);
- Have hands-on experience with creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Envato, OBS Studio, TTSMAKER, Adobe XD, Cursor, etc. for graphic design, video creation and editing, photography, animation and motion graphics, web development, and digital art;
- Be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills to work effectively and closely with internal and external stakeholders;
- Be self-motivated, mature and able to work independently and prepared to work irregular hours; and
- Have good knowledge of technologies related to artificial intelligence (AI), digital identity, e-authentication, digital signatures, and cybersecurity is preferred.

- 1 year x Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Chinese Processing, Windows 7/8/10, Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance, Intensive Exposure in Written English, Moderate Exposure of Spoken English in Work, Moderate Exposure of Putonghua in Work, Presentation Experience
