We are seeking a middle-level Full Stack Developer to support the ongoing development and enhancement of Attendance and Timesheet Management System (AttMS), a production application with continuous business and system improvement needs. This is a hands-on role covering frontend, mobile, backend integration, deployment improvement and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web and mobile application features
  
• Build user interfaces and frontend deliverables
  
• Support backend and API integration
  
• Work with BA, QA, and SA to deliver features on time and with good quality
  
• Investigate incidents, perform impact assessment and RCA, and coordinate issue resolution
  
• Support day-to-day development, maintenance, and enhancement tasks for production system
  
• Assist in improving the production deployment process by adopting CI/CD methodology, automation, and release standardization

• Have a Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, or related IT disciplines, or equivalent
  
• At least of 3 years' post-qualification experience in application development, implementation, or maintenance for the role of Analyst Programmer or equivalent position.
  
• At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
  
• At least 2 years of working experience as an Analyst Programmer
  
• Experience in application development across web and mobile platforms
  
• Experience with React, and Flutter
  
• Familiarity with OOP, ORM, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes
  
• Familiarity with OIDC, or OAuth 2.0
  
• Experience with mobile platforms and backend integration
  
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
  
• Preferred:
  
  • Experience in SaaS application development is a strong advantage
    
  • Experience supporting a production system with ongoing enhancements and issue resolution
    
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with BA, QA, and SA
    
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
