To facilitate the implementation of the terrestrial wide data and radio communications infrastructure by following activities:

• To conduct site survey and measurement, coordinate and prepare the site for the installation and liaison with site owners
  
• To supervise contractor in site design and implementation
  
• To review contractor's proposal and conduct inspection and test of contractor's work
  
• To review and verify as-built submissions and drawings
  
• To be discharged for other relating duties assigned by the supervisor

• Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language, in the HKDSE, OR
  
• Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007), in the HKCEE, OR
  
• Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Senior IT Assistant
  
• Experience in coordinating and conducting site survey and measurement for mobile communications network, broadband data network and other Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) infrastructure
  
• Experience in implementing mobile communications network, broadband data network and other Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) infrastructure
  
• Knowledge of network components of mobile communications network (e.g. 4G, 5G), broadband data network (e.g. microwave, optical fibre) and other Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) infrastructure
  
• Knowledge of design, implementation and operation of mobile communications network (e.g. 4G, 5G), broadband data network (e.g. microwave, optical fibre) and other Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) infrastructure
  
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, structural, mechanic and building service to meet the site survey and measurement requirements
  
• Experience in using relating drawing software tools like AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Microsoft Visio, etc.
  
• Security vetting is required
  
• The job requires the following mandatory skills:
