Higher Diploma holders or above in Hong Kong, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia (either one)

If the academic certificate is obtained from neither of the above location. Candidate can consult with “Qualifications Framework”, Qualifications (hkqr.gov.hk) for quality assured and level-rated in accordance with well-defined standards in Hong Kong.
